1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by JP Landmark Fencing ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("customer," "client," or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JP Landmark Fencing. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

JP Landmark Fencing provides professional fencing installation, repair, and maintenance services including but not limited to:

• Residential and commercial fence installation
• Fence repair and maintenance services
• Custom fence design and consultation
• Material supply and delivery
• Property assessment and measurements
• Post-installation support and warranty services

3. Quotations and Pricing

3.1 Free Estimates

We provide free, no-obligation estimates for all fencing projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices may change based on material costs or site conditions.

3.2 Final Pricing

Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Any change to the original scope must be approved in writing and may incur additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Schedule

• Deposit required upon signing (usually 25–50%)
• Progress payments for larger projects
• Final payment upon project completion

4.2 Late Payments

Late payments (after 30 days) may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge. Work may be paused for overdue payments.
